Everything was great. We booked a double room with an ocean view which was not available because of the repair works. The manager was extremely nice to give us a free upgrade to a large 3 room suite. Breakfast is very good. The spa is small but good.

Great location to explore Tromso and the surrounding area, about a 10 minute walk into Central Tromso. Also good location for the airport express bus service. The hotel itself was very comfortable, a good breakfast with spectacular views and the spa facilities (including outside hot tub) were spotless and great to use. Elisa on reception was fantastic and helped us with suggestions on where to go, or to avoid with example to the Sherpa Steps which were reported to be very icy. She was also just a pleasure to chat too and remembered my partners birthday.
