Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They kindly held my bag for the full day until my evening flight home. The room was also extremely comfortable with a stunning view.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from what we expected. The atmosphere in the restaurant was uncomfortable as the waiters openly argued with each other in front of guests, which made dining unpleasant. The room also had serious maintenance issues — the shower and toilet were connected in such a way that water leaked underneath the toilet bowl every time we used the shower, creating both inconvenience and hygiene concerns. While the location was convenient, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and inadequate room conditions. We hope management takes these issues seriously, as the potential for a much better guest experience is there.
