I stayed at Hotel Ola for one night only. Considering the off-season, I got a very good price and the room exceeded all my expectations. Amazing, breathtaking view from every corner of the room, even from the toilet :) Large comfortable room and large terrace. Slept with the window open, and it was really quiet (not possible in the summer when the road, just in front of the hotel, gets super-busy). I got the impresion that the beach was very close (did not have time to check), but Trogir is not far away (about 1/2 hour of easy walk down the road). Staff super-kind and efficient.
