I wanted to visit Swamy Padmanabh temple because of which I chosed this hotel. There were many other hotels nearby but Royal Inn was at a fine distance from the temple with good user reviews. Temple was just 12-15 mins away from the hotel room. Overall good experience.

Very welcoming host, good sized room, clean, with an en suite. Good location close to the coast, around a half hour walk from Viharamahadevi Park or the Galle Face and about an hour's walk from Pettah.
