The fine print
Bookings from March to mid-November are for self-drive boating holidays where guests must undertake an induction on how to drive and operate the boat on the local canals. Bookings between mid-November and end of February are for static hire only, and the boat must remain moored within the marina.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A nice touch was the Christmas decorations 🎄 Corrinne and Gareth were particularly friendly and helpful so would consider a week when it's warmer!!

We had a lovely 2 night break in the Narrow Escape, it was wonderful. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, the sofa bed was so much more comfortable than we expected and the log burner is sooooo lovely.

Interesting location, and we never had any intention of taking the barge anywhere, as we booked it as somewhere to stay close to a family party.
