Very friendly and attentive owners, who can and want to help you with everything (booking activities, TukTuks, laundry - all reasonably priced). The husband is a TukTuk driver who can flexibly drive you around the Trincomalae area for a very reasonable price! Breakfast and lunch cooked by the owners was very delicious! Room was basic but everything in working order and comfortable - AC functioned well! Location was nice and quieter (not on the busy and loud main street leading to the sea) in close proximity to the beach (~3 min walking).

Very friendly family. Helped me with everything I needed. Always available for questions. Good breakfast and dinner. Short walk to the nice beach. Interior ist old but perfectly clean, AC was working fine and Regarding to the price the place is totally fine.
