The location is 1 minute walk from the beach and a LOT of possibilities to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. AC working well, the bedroom was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There is a little table and chairs in the room which is really convenient.

I had an amazing two-week stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The homeowners are truly lovely — caring, attentive, and always there if needed, yet never intrusive. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at home. The owner even arranged for a trusted friend to pick me up from the airport — such a thoughtful gesture which I appreciate a lot! The shared terrace and patio are very nice for relaxing. The location is fantastic: the beach is just 2 minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I felt so comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay - truly a place I would recommend to everyone! Thank you so much for everything!

The owners were incredibly friendly and nice! The room was clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. It was the perfect location to get to the beach! Overall great value.

Very close to the beach area and to many restaurants. We could do laundry at a very cheap price (500LKR per Kg), and the owners let us check out late: we had a boat trip the morning of our last day, and they let us keep the room and even shower after we came back before having to give our keys back!
