Close proximity to the train station. Would recommend if travelling by train. Otherwise, I’d stay closer to the centre of town as it’s a bit rough around the station. The size of the rooms were fantastic and good value for money.

The location is superb, 3 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk to the centre. Although the room overlooked a busy road, the double glazing windows just cancelled the noise at night. The room was clean and spacious; it would afford a wall cloak hanger to hang your bag/jacket. This seems to be the same all around the B&B hotels I stayed in, in other cities, so it's not specific to this hotel in Trieste as such. The receptionist (sorry don't know her name) was very helpful, and when the mini-bar fridge was not working in the room she immediately sorted it and in the meantime took my items in their fridge. A very pleasant stay in Trieste.
