A most generous and helpful owner, who goes out of his way to assist in whatever way is possible. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Whilst we did not have breakfast included in our stay, the owner generously provided some sweet items to start our day. A wonderful and kind gesture. Grazie mille, Andrea. The elevator to the high level of the building was a great help with luggage. The location is excellent if travelling by train or bus, with both stations across the road, 5 mins max.

Andrea, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, assisting us on our first visit to Trieste. He kindly offered tea and snacks, even though we did not book ‘breakfast included’. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a lift to the fourth floor, which was so very useful with heavy luggage. The proximity to the rail and bus station was excellent for our short stay without a car. The main centre of town is a flat 10 min walk and easily managed.

Beautiful italian house, well equipped and very kind owners. We were offered coffee in the morning even though our booking didn't include breakfast.
