Please note that the children's program, animation & entertainment activities are available from beginning of May to mid October.Any type of extra beds or baby cots is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Extra charges will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.Central air-conditioning is available in the resort free of charge from 1/6 to 30/9.Sun Beach Resort Complex participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.Kindly note number of beds and extra person beds displayed are the maximum a room type can provide. Bedding provided, will always be adjusted based on the actual occupancy booked.Please note all room types have single beds except the deluxe and premium apartments that have a king sized double bed in the bedroom. The Queen sized double bed option provided is 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper, forming a double bed. Family rooms can take an additional camp bed for the 4th person.Important Information regarding credit / debit card payments:
- Kindly note the card used to make your reservation as well as the cardholder associated with the card will need to be present during the check in process. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to request alternative payment methods or decline the reservation.
- When company cards are used, the cardholder and the card will need to be physically present upon check in.
- Company cards with the company name used as the cardholder name, can no longer be accepted as a valid payment method.-Please note Infinity adults only pool and Azure Adults only pool bar ath the beachfront wing section of the resort, are accessible only by guests over the age of 16 years old.-The resort consists of two wings: All room types with sea view are located in the Beachfront Wing, whilst all room types with garden view are located in the Garden Wing, except the Superior Kids Suites Garden view & Deluxe Suites Garden View which are located in the Beachfront Wing.

A very nice hotel, three swimming pools, a cozy, beautiful, and clean room, delicious breakfasts, polite and pleasant staff. On the day of departure, they gave me a lovely gift. I had a great vacation! I really liked Rhodes.

The facilities were very nice, and overall I was satisfied with the all-inclusive service. I am very sensitive to cleanliness and was a little apprehensive considering it is a southern place, but they managed to surprise me. Unfortunately, I only read after the book that the hotel is divided into two main sections, and I assumed that we had been assigned to the rear garden section, which, according to reviews, is in poorer condition. I asked to change room and was willing to pay for it, but in the end they provided us with better accommodation at no extra charge (obviously the timing was right, as the hotel was no fully booked). I accidentally broke a glass in the room, but they didn't make a problem about it and handled everything very kindly.

We arrrived in the evening and the room was very clean and had the two seperate beds we asked for in our booking. The breakfast was wide, with both Greek and continental dishes. The staff was very friendly.
