Comfortable bed, nice and cosy, quite roomy and quiet despite being near the airport and kennels! Even outside it wasn't what you would call unreasonable. Could have done with a bigger sink in the bathroom and the washing line wasn't any good but those are my only complaints and nowhere is perfect! The manager couldn't have been nicer and sorted us out with a drying rack for my bit of washing so no problem really. Garden was secure and big enough for my labrador to have a good old sniff and a play in the morning and evening which was very important to me and her! Parking space is a bit tricky to get into and on a busy little road, but after the first couple of times you get used to it and manage ok. All in all a good place to stay.

There wasn't a breakfast supplied with this property. It was in a good location for us going to the Minack Theatre

The facilities were very good, Good heating and shower, comfy bed. A very well equiped kitchen.The host, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the weather wasnt good enough to sit outside, but this was an option as there was a small garden.
