Very comfortable accommodation, equipped for a pleasant stay. Located near Punta Sabbioni, where the Vaporetto to Venice departs, and near sandy beaches. Possibility of renting bicycles. We are very satisfied.

Nice rooms and very close to the most of our point of interest. Staff very friendly but very busy due to also working in superb small food store in the same building.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. All amenities are nearby: a restaurant, a supermarket. The hotel has convenient parking, a children's playground, and a sports ground. Bicycles are available for rent. There is a beautiful beach within a 10-15 minute walk.
