Staff was very helpful, when organizing the entry permit to the TZL zone, which is a great help if you come by car with a lot of luggage. Location is great and the room was fantastic for a family of 4. All the access details are explained prior arrival via email and it's then easy to check-in and get the keys. Highly recommended.
