This house has an excellent location. The nice palazzi of the Brentano family close by, the stunning views of the lake right from the main window or from the small places closeby as well as the walking distances (if it is not too hot) to Tremezzo and the Villa Carlotta, to Lenno and the Villa del Balbianello, to the ferry terminals in Lenno and Tremezzo, to shops and bus stops nearby made it an ideal location for us. And yet, not at all overcrowded around the house and with a local Italian feeling. The house is spacious and allows for a very comfortable stay for 5 or 6 people. Irina was a very friendly host and attentive. We got fresh bed linen, when we needed it. It is very easy to park the car in front of the house. And the restaurant Ali di Alice (very close) is a clear recommendation, as are the smaller local shops close to the lake (we preferred them to supermarkets).

It's a location situated near the lake (600 metres) in a old area. If you have a car it is easy to get the boat for Belaggio or Varenna. The house is perfect for 6-7 persons.
