Great location (building work currently being done next door but still a great view and at the time, no noise whatsoever) and the terrace was the perfect place to eat breakfast and relax. Wonderfully helpful and kind host. 25 minute walk down to the nearest boat stop and restaurants, which was never an issue and meant we were removed from the craziness of some of Como's more popular towns. Highly recommend and would return.

Mario the host couldn’t do enough for informing of all the best things to do in the area, even gave us a ride to the stations and boats when we needed, but the view of the lake was insane from the balcony also the balcony was huge and covered which was great as one night it rained and we just enjoyed watching the lake, very peaceful! Rooms was spotless, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others also to stay, we travelled 4 places and this was by far the best stay.

I would like to thank Mario for making our stay comfortable. I've chosen this apartment based on rivews and it was a good choice. The accommodation is comfortable, in the quiet area but not far from the main road. Very clean apartment, spacious terrace, beautiful view over Come, good location to make trips to different places as the bus stop and ferryboat are nearby. It is a big plus because driving a car and finding parking is a lot of stress . Mario is a great host. Helpful, attent, friendly. Always ready to help, to explain, to give a good advice where to find a good restaurant and what to visit. I would definitely come back. Thank you very much Mario .
