Very friendly and accommodating staff. Frederika was a great hostess and the owner kindly upgraded us to a self catering apartment since we had two kids with us. This was extremely useful since we had parking right outside our door. Perfect for traveling with a young child and infant.

Everything, I have been guest of Etna Royal view and every time I have been surprised by their attention. This time I was offered their best apartment located at the second floor at no extra cost. Amazing customer service !!!

Place is wonderful, very well maintained, parking available and close to Catania, Etna, Taormina, Siracusa. Highly reccomended. Staff are very friendly and professional
