The room (room 14) we got only had 4 beds when we thought we booked for 5 so they gave us a room that joint with ours. Everything else was good except I believe the toilet in the joint room (room 12) is leaking from the back. It also looked like the toilet in room 14 was used and not flushed before we got in. The room was comfortable.

It was clean, neat and tidy. Free breakfast was a bonus. My only problem was only 5 months into a knee replacement I had to go up and down stairs from our room to up and down stairs for breakfast. My fault should have made sure I had downstairs room then only one st of stairs.

Breakfast with the room sets this place apart. We got a room with a small kitchen, fairly modern. It seemed to be more renovated compared to the smaller room we had last time.

It's well located in Traralgon, a short walk to the main strip. Bed was comfy, there was a fridge in the room and the water in the shower was really hot
