The motel was very 70s in style however very clean. The microwave, electric jug, plates, toaster,and cutterrly etc were all there clean and in place.

There’s a lot to like about this property and it’s now my fave place to stay in Traralgon. From the people greeting you in reception through to the interior room stylist who maintain the rooms you couldn’t ask for better. Attention to detail is clearly a priority for the team in all the rooms and they have made a hotel stay feel less business like and more homely without being intrusive. Housekeeping- aka interior stylists bc they’re so good- take so much care and pride in their work and the rooms are absolutely spotless. Special mention to Brooke who detailed my room one morning after I had spent the night at the hospital in the palliative care unit and my mum had passed away. She had noticed I hadn’t been ‘home’ and asked if I was ok and I could see she was just genuinely concerned. When I explained my mum had passed away and that I would be now going to sleep she insisted that I let her know if there was anything she could do for me or get for me to make me more comfortable. Her kindness was unexpected and brought me to tears when I got inside. I honestly felt very safe and nurtured in this hotel and would definitely recommend it. It is an older place which to me is a highlight as it has character and soul and not a cookie cutter build.
