The owner was very friendly and helpful. One example - my phone SIM card had stopped working, and I was missing that special tool to open SIM slot. I only asked the owner of any nearby phone service, though he had returned an hour later with SIM slot opener so I was able to fix it eventually. The earlier check in possible in our case. We could even leave our luggage in the appartment, since our departure was in the evening hours.
