Everything. Very warm welcome, with Tea, Coffee and cakes on arrival served in the lounge. Hosts Tim & Rose Brilliant!. Nothing too much trouble. Amazing Breakfast ..so much choice. Comfy beds etc.

Breakfast was very good, nice and accommodating hosts. Room was clean and there was a nice common room where we spent the evening. Tea and biscuits upon arrival.
