Location is very good with a lot of restaurants and a mall in the area Also it is kind of in the middle of the road between different tours you would want to make in tarabzon area.

The customer service was not upto par. Had to call multiple times for a few things to the reception and they never came. Location was great. Overall good hotel and facilities

breakfast has a good variety and was good in general. the hotel location by the beach added great value. i believe it is time to renovate the hotel.
