The buffet breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness of the areas, quick check-in procedures, informative service, and staff competence are all good. The hotel location, by the sea in Trabzon, is very beautiful. I will definitely come again and I recommend it. 😇😇😇

From the moment I entered the hotel until the time I left, the personnel were exceptionally helpful and supportive with every single query. I stayed for two days and had a very positive experience. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay.
