Ellie is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and every detail was just right. The place was spotless, well-organized, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Elly has created a wonderful atmosphere - the room design and furnishings are modern, tasteful and functional. Lots of attention to details important to pilgrims. The beds are so comfortable, silent fans available if desired, secluded outside space. The food is outstanding! Every dish is cooked fresh by Elly , and the choices are healthy and flavorful. Such a wonderful stay.

Elly’s World Kitchen!!!! I had dinner there and it was indeed my best meal during my Camino. The tasty salad, curry with rice as well as the brownie…. all surprised me with how delicious they are!!!!!!!
