“Charming Ryokan, next to the Ropeway and Onsen.”

A Charming Ryokan with Japanese Style Rooms. If you want the authenthic Onsen Experience you can't go wrong. The food was incredible. The Staff was very eager to help, even with communication difficulty. The Ryokan is right next to 2 Onsen, and only 10min walk from the other Kinosaki Onsen. There is a shuttle from the Trainstation to the Ryokan as well so getting there is easy.

Our stop in Kinosaki Onsen to rest after long days of walking couldn’t have found a better ryokan. The breakfast and dinner provided were spectacular, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We chose the option with a private bathroom. The ryokan also offers free access to a private onsen bath for one session, and you can book a second session for the following day for an additional fee. Access to the town’s public onsens is included in the price, as well as a ticket to boil your own egg in the hot spring water and eat it whenever you like, the shop for this is located right across from the ryokan. As for the food, as I mentioned, it was perfect. We had two dinners at the ryokan and a generous breakfast. On the last day, breakfast was served at a nearby café (Utsuroi Tsuchiya Annex Cafe and Gallery), also included in the price, where they offered French toast and Honey butter toast with your choice of coffee or tea. We were absolutely delighted with the service, the room, and the delicious food. We would definitely repeat the experience without hesitation.

One of my bucket list - to stay in a traditional Ryokan.. this is as close as it gets. The breakfast was very intricate. Not a crazy buffet spread but it was done fine, with nice presentation and private dining experience. The hotel also made the onsen experience good with towels and baskets provided.

We loved our stay! The staff was wonderful and always eager to help. We stayed in a spacious family room at the ryokan. The onsen is small, but offers more privacy since you can book it for just you and your family. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect.
