Our stay at Shinzan has been excellent. The staff is extremely polite to the point that it's heartwarming. There's lots of attention towards the customer, and the services offered are really high quality. The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The meals feature fresh, local ingredients, the courses are explained to you in great detail. The onsen pools are also very nice, they vary in size and beauty, make sure to visit the upstairs one.

Everything. The most amazing two days of my life. I've never experienced a more thoughtful staff. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style room, which was classy and comfortable. We also loved the crab kaiseki dinner we had one evening. We had some food allergies and staff was super accomodative beforehand and attentive during the dinner. 10/10 will come again
