Staff and amenities were absolutely amazing. The best onsen of Kinosaki was in fact in our ryokan!

It says it's only 3 star but it's closer to 5 for the service and experience. The team was so friendly and helpful. Gave me all the best locations for restaurants, hikes and which onsen to go to and what made each one special. The shuttle to and from the hotel into town was so handy and who can complain about bottomless coffee/hot chocolate! The facilities were A+ Will definitely be back!

Most amazing experience ever. Went with my husband and three daughters (8y, 11y and 13y) and we all loved it. First, the best Onsen in the village. Amazing staff, we felt very welcome. The children loved both the Onsen, free icecream in the lounge and the chocolate milk. Thank you!

OMG we felt like royalty here! Walking through the ryokan we were picking our jaws off the floor - the room was stunning, yukatas included in the room were so comfortable, the hotel’s onsen is fantastic - you won’t want to leave the place! And then the food… we absolutely recommend going half board - breakfast and dinner were out of this world, we were stuffed every day. And our waitress was the sweetest person we ever met, very attentive, communicating via translating app. Shuttle service was available whenever we wanted to go into town and pickup was very fast as well. Easily the highlight of our Japan trip!
