Loved the experience. The breakfast was exceptional. We were provided a Yukata for the and passes public baths. The private baths were excellent. The Hana private onsen room (pictured) was a favourite.

The whole ryokan experience was phenomenal. The ryokan itself is beautifully appointed and the attention to detail in the design was spectacular. The private onsens were amazing and the staff were so attentive, gracious and kind. The chef who worked hard on the kaiseki dinner and breakfasts deserves an award! The food and dining experience made the whole stay.

Everything was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Room was set up and everything explained by staff - even how to put in yukata. Breakfast was delicious! Private onsen were lovely and always available when I went.
