Guests who wish to use this service are required to make a reservation at least 1 day in advance.From 01 April until 05 November, a kaiseki meal featuring Tajima wagyu beef is served. From 06 November until 31 March, a course meal with crab is served.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

The property was beautiful with breathtaking views. The amenities offered really made it feel like a luxurious stay and both the shared and private onsens were amazing. Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. The free shuttle bus also made it extremely convenient when arriving/leaving the hotel.

The staff is so friendly. There's a night we had early dinner and was hungry at night when we get back to the resort. We are so glad that the resort has free udon delivered to our room for supper!

Nice and quiet, away from the town but still accessible. Lovely staff and wonderful amenities. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stunning place if you want to just wind down and relax. With traditional tatami flooring and panoramic views of the Maruyama River, Ginka was super quiet and just the place to sit down with a cup of coffee or matcha and be still. They have a private onsen too which was great for us!
