From 01 April until 05 November, a kaiseki meal featuring Tajima wagyu beef is served. From 06 November until 31 March, a course meal with crab is served.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The staff was extremely friendly and caring, really paying attention to all the details. We loved the wonderful service, shuttle bus and the kaiseki dinner/breakfast. The amenities with free drinks, ice cream and snacks were also amazing!
