Tin “Luggage delivery”

All hotel staff need to train the luggage delivery form. My experience that they prefilled form with Japanese language but the staff forgot to fill the guest name who send it. So other hotel inform me that the way bill without guest name, they will not accept the luggage. So, call and inform but hotel staff denied to help, ask the YAMATO service to call. We have to come back the hotel and explain then they call Yamato service. Slove problem, thanks APA hotel team.

A huge selection of shampoo and conditioner and they even provide small bags for you to take away.

Great location and easy to find. Located right next to the station. Sadly the view of the trains was a little tricky to see but the size of the room and bathroom were bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. Worked very well for a family with two littles still small enough to cosleep.
