Good reasonable size rooms - For Japan. Very good breakfast. Lots of Vegetarian options. Very near to train station. Car Parking nearby not provided by hotel. Free WiFi.

It was a great experience we had in Double Tree by Hilton Toyama. Room was spacious, I love the idea of a warm chocolate cookie give to us as welcome gift. Something that I'd not observed in other hotel chains. The bath onsen room was well equipped with sauna, cold and hot bath facilities. Distance from the train station to the hotel was less than 5mins away.

The location is great just 1min walk from the station, the hotel is really clean and the rooms are comfortable. The spa and breakfast were both great! They don’t have parking for guests but since I am a disabled person they had one parking space for disabled people and I could park. It was heavy snowing and when I came to the car in the morning they cleaned the snow from it which I think was so generous and kind from the staff! For disabled people: they have rooms for disabled people with great big bathroom and the room is spacious and beautiful it does not feel medical. The spa is accessible and does not have a step at the entrance. The parking space is behind the hotel accessible easily even when snowing.

-About 5 minutes walk from JR Toyama Station -Staffs are polite and can communicate in English very well -Trams stop is available near the hotel -Breakfast is superb! -Hot spring bath is super great! -Room size is good and provide comfort
