Receptionist was lovely and most welcoming!! Helped me with an early check in and accommodated to my extra requests. Property was in a good location in the city, close to everything we needed.

Super easy check-in even though we were after hours. The location is perfect and walking distance to the town and the beach. We had just moved to Townsville from the UK and the whole team were so friendly and welcoming and helped with all my questions about Townsville. Would 100% recommend.
