The location on the strand with off street parking was good

The Venue I needed the most was difficult to get to on public transport from the moterl. However, that was not the fault of the motel. I had come a different time ( and stayed at the Stand Motel) but the circumstances were different this time and I did not know of the changes.

Great location, right on the Strand. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. Beach across the road and a lovely walk. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Kitchenette with kettle, toaster and microwave and a sink. There was also a washing machine for guest use.

The staff were amazing, in fact I thought my husband paid for breakfast and he didn't. They gave me a call and I was so embarrassed. They were very caring and understood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
