It's kid free, the main attraction for us because we don't get away that often the wife and I. When yoi have 5 kids makes this understandable. Balmoral while being a little more expensive caters to this and is worth the value. Thank you Balmoral excellent hotel!

Everything. The staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and professional. The car was secured in a lock-up area. The room was super clean, the kitchenette was a great addition. It's a nice quiet location, within walking distance of the East Street Mall and Flinders Street East night-life area. Everything was perfect, I loved it.

The location was perfect for our travel requirements as we were visiting family in South Townsville. While we did have access to a vehicle it was within walking distance. It is located at the quiet end of Palmer Street - away from the noise and business of this popular night time dining area but was only a short walk to dine at any number of restaurants. Breakfast and dinner options were available if required. The guest laundry, located on each floor was very clean with modern equipment. It was a very pleasant surprise not to have to load the machines with coins! Pool and gym areas were also clean and well equipped for a holiday stay.
