The fine print
Our free off-street parking is offered on a first-in basis only & cannot be reserved as there are limited spaces, however, there is also on-street parking available at the front and rear of the building. Parking is strictly one vehicle per room, which must be registered on check-in. Caravans, campervans, motorhomes, boats, trailers, jet skis and other like vehicles are not permitted.All rooms and balconies are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area at the rear of the building.Guests occupying the room must provide a photo ID & credit card for bond-incidentals that match the booking name. Bookings will not be accepted at check-in if identification and bond cannot be provided to reception.Starting November 11th, work will commence to replace the passenger lifts within the building. One lift will be temporarily out of service, while the second lift will continue to operate.To help minimise wait times during busy periods, guests will have additional access to the service lift. Please note that the work will take place Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30 and will result in some noise during these times.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.Please note that there is a 0.85% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard, and a 2.48% charge when you pay by American Express credit card.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
