I love this hotel. Always stay here when I'm in the area. But this time I want to thank a certain gentleman who helped me get into my car, after I locked my keys inside. His quiet and cheerful persistence over half an hour or so got me back on the road, and I would like him and all the staff to know how grateful I am for their assistance in my time of need. Very quiet and comfortable in a quiet location. Also, the breakfast was nice but could have had 2 eggs supplied instead of 1.

Being in Towcester but in a quiet location. Having a bath was great! Breakfast was good value and appreciated being able to order a kid's portion.

Excellent room sizes, very friendly staff, clean and very tasty food. Brilliant location within the town. I would definitely use the hotel again if I am in the location again.
