It was very cosy and comfortable, it was decently connected to Toulouse and where I needed to go.

The host was super nice and he also gave us coffee every morning. The wifi works well and the location is just 20-25 min away from the residence. But the location is also very well connected with bus and can be easily reached from train station.

For me, this was an excellent find, not my usual accommodation, as I usually go for established venues like hotels but this was a bedroom in a house. I can’t explain that and it sounds terrible but it wasn’t and I enjoyed it. Firstly, the instructions from The Host were accurate, albeit in French, of course but easy to follow. There was ample parking. I arrived early, mid afternoon, I had expected to be later due to distance I drove but The Host was very welcoming and extremely pleasant. I am embarrassed to say that I cannot speak any French, (Brits 🙄) and the Host had limited English but she made great efforts to speak to me and we understood each other. As best I recall, the property was all on one floor, bit like a bungalow. I had my room, with twin beds, a shared bathroom and toilet., There were locks on each door.I had access to a kettle in kitchen and a lounge area, which I did not use. Clearly, I was given access keys to the main gate, main door and my bedroom. The Host, as I stated, was very pleasant, she did not ignore me but equally did not bother me. The property is about 15 to 20 minutes walk into the centre, where I found it to be vibrant with plenty of eating venues. About 5/10 minutes walk from the property were two Mini Carrefour outlets if required. Checking Google, there was a petrol station about 5 minutes drive. At breakfast time, I had a couple of cups of tea with the host and we had several discussions about life, I accept with limited common language but with the aid of Google translate, we got there, I consider we had a very pleasant hour before I moved on …. Personally, I had a great experience, the property was clean in a homely fashion, meaning unlike a sterile hotel, which made it comfortable. It was well located, well priced and for me, the Host made it….. I would recommend it ….
