The location. It's in the old town. The shower has hot water. There were a number of issues and the manager responded promptly to my concerns but after a while, I just gave up communicating because there were so many concerns.

We had a great long weekend staying at Studio des Carmes! We loved the apartment, gave us a real authentic Toulouse feel which no hotel would give. It had everything we needed plus nice thoughtful touches from the host. Excellent location amongst lots of cafes, restaurants and the local Carmes market. We would definitely stay here again. The host Régine was very kind and helpful. Thank you :)

Great place in a great location! Small and enough as you are not living in the apartment - it has everything you need. Shower is good and the owner is very kind all the times. Would come back!

This is located right in the heart of town, right on an adorable and exciting pedestrian street that is packed with cafes, food, and boutiques. You cannot hear any of the sounds from the street because the windows open to a inner courtyard. You can walk anywhere in 15 minutes. The river is less than 10 minutes away. The metro is 2 minutes away.
