Hotel was so central but on a nice quiet street so no road noise, rooms were clean , beds very comfortable, lovely selection for breakfast , all the staff we met spoke very good English and were very helpful with our questions, There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room ,and we were left 2 bottles of water in the fridge , My toothbrush was apparently dropped on the floor when the room was being cleaned ,so a lovely note was left in English stating this and they left me a dental kit with new toothbrush, which I thought was a lovley touch Would recommend this hotel for a visit to toulouse

The room was clean, welcoming, bright and the bathroom was very good with a great shower. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, especially welcome as the temperatures outside were over 34 degrees C. The staff was excellent and went over and above to help us and this is definitely not the case with many hotels.

Location was ideal. A short walk from the station and then short walk to town centre. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Room a little small and could do with a cupboard to be able to unpack suitcase for a few nights stay. But comfy cleean and air con great. Breakfast was lovely and coffee great!
