The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the centre of the city and close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The room was a good decent size and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a short stay so in terms of the purpose of my visit to Toulouse the hotel was fairly good.

Didn’t have breakfast Reception staff extremely helpful I had had a bag taken from journey from Carcassonne to Toulouse.They contacted police in Toulouse and in Carcassonne.

The most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. After an overnight but we literally slept for 14 hours. Would 100% stay here again just for the bed

Proximity to station. Had stayed her previously and liked it. Staff very helpful.
