The staff was awesome and very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful! The location was great easily walkable to many attractions. The restaurant Black rose a little bit down and across the street, was amazing.

Very friendly staff, ready to help. Room was big enough for two persons. Clean, comfortable bed, good wifi. Delicious breakfast. Good location, walking distance to the Garonne river and city centre.

Our stay in Toulouse was to celebrate a special birthday. The property was a good location, excellent room facilities. Breakfast selection was exceptional and regularly replenished. We would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending to other people.

Location ideal on a quiet boulevard close to pubs, restaurants, shops, parks, and the university campus. Reception, bar, buffet, terrace and rooms modern, spacious and very clean. Buffet serves range of continental breakfast items and freshly squeezed orange juice! Staff are the best so warm, friendly, helpful, multi-lingual and very attentive.
