It's a large and well kept apartment in a nice neighbourhood next to the canal, very quiet and safe, with secure parking. Large store is literally around the corner. It was a bit complicated to get to the keys at first (didn't know which intercom to ring), but once we figure it out it was easy. Not far from the city centre, we went buy bike and there is a bike lane all the way to the centre by the canal.
