The staff are always helpful. Ms Yamaguchi is especially wonderful, she brings cheers to the guest daily during and is super efficient during breakfast times. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail during the evenings.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Every interaction was met with a smile and genuine courtesy, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the standout highlights was the complimentary drinks service in the evening, including alcoholic beverages — a delightful surprise that added a special touch to our nights. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety to start the day right. We were particularly pleased to see the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability. The SDGs concept was clearly and thoughtfully implemented, reflecting a genuine effort to operate responsibly — a big plus in today’s world.
