This property had most of the requirements one would want from a short stay holiday let. It is one room with a separate shower/ toilet and small dressing area. It was quiet and cosy. Parking was adequate. Location good however remote. Good facilities in the main e.g. wifi, TV, shower, cooker and air fryer worked efficiently and were relatively modern. Plenty of blankets and portable radiator and log burner which were needed. Communal garden/orchard was pretty and functional.

Location of property was lovely, quiet and rural away from it all. There were 4 or 5 properties located together on what I’d describe as old farm building conversions. All the neighbours were friendly. The bathroom/ dressing room worked well as the bed was in the main living area. We loved the communal orchard. Property was clean but a little tired

Location very good,. Good access to Torquay, Totnes and Newton Abbot. Good Shower. Kitchen equipment mostly good. Property caretaker very helpful.
