Very well appointed with all mod cons. Very clean. Quiet surroundings. Good TV though you have to sign in on your own accounts to use apps. Dog friendly. Although it says on the website that the garden (which is tiny) is not enclosed, it is, so we could let our small dog out for a wee without having to put him on a lead. The space is very compact but has been thoughtfully laid out to be as comfortable as possible. John the owner was very amenable and helpful. We arrived to find milk, butter and croissants and fresh flowers. Thank you John x. If you're prepared for a bit of a drive there are lots of fantastic places to visit. We loved walking in the woods next to the river Dart and taking a boat trip from Dartmouth. Overall a very pleasant stay and at a reasonable price.
