The staff were very welcoming and helpful - exactly as I would expect in Italy. The location couldn't be better with the city center and lake just a short stroll away. The apartment provided ample space for a relaxing stay. A fantastic choice for families!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment and can’t recommend it highly enough. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect – close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. What really made the difference, though, was the exceptional service. I would especially like to highlight Francesca at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out and made us feel very comfortable.

The hotel has super-nice and friendly staff, an excellent pool and pool area, and spacious rooms. It was very hot (end of July), so we were really happy with well-functioning air conditioning in each room. Maderno town is also a good destination; it is not so crowded with tourists. The hotel is just on the coast, close to the ferry station.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The apartment felt like new and was impeccably clean. It had air conditioning in the living area as well as in both bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The resort also offered free access to washing machines and a dryer. We made good use of the swimming pool to cool down and spent a lot of time on the lounge chairs under the beach umbrellas reading. We never had any issues finding available lounge chairs. A special thanks to Francesca at reception, who was very accommodating and helpful. Near the resort, there are a few pebbles beaches, go early as they become quite busy, the water was nice and clean. If you have money to spend there is a lido (private beach), just outside Piamarta, which had sand instead of pebbles. A large Conad supermarket can be found at less than 10 minutes walk from the resort.
