The Station Master’s House is full of character and Torver makes a great base for visiting the Lake District. The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and well-equipped for self-catering. The property has a lovely large garden with lots of plants and a pond to attract wildlife and birds. Great pub across the road.

Beautiful place to stay , big warm n comfy. Heather the owner was Friendly and helpful . Fantastic beds Loads of room Loved everything about this place , probably the best I've stayed at!

A very well appointed, cosy property which quickly feels like home. Pleasant garden. Beds were very comfortable. Shower facilities excellent. Stunning view of the top of Coniston Old Man from the dining room table. Excellent location with nice local deli/pub and quick access to superb hiking routes.
