Great room. Hotel is very well located and easy to walk to Old Town locations. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a top location and is represented at a very high level. Excellent cuisine and a well-stocked bar met my expectations about a 4-star hotel. It is very pleasant when you have checked in as a guest and your license plate number is registered, the barriers open automatically via license plate recognition, and a parking space is then also available outside or in the underground garage for each registered guest.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is now our preferred choice when visiting Torun and we enjoyed our stay very much. - Staff were ALL wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff, the restaurant staff, the staff at the bar and also the spa were helpful, efficient, friendly and keen to help in any way they could. - Rooms were light, spacious and very clean. The mini bar was stocked and had room for extra drinks and chocolate. The in room safe was free to use and the little touches (enough hangers, a shoe horn, sewing kit etc) were all very welcome. - The bathroom was fully stocked with lovely toiletries and amenities. The shower was nice and powerful and the water hot all times of the day. - Housekeeping serviced the rooms to a very high standard, every day. They worked quietly and thoughtfully in the mornings, and worked with a smile. - Spa was a nice peaceful retreat! Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It was easy to book a slot with reception and we were able to use it every day of our stay. The WiFi was excellent in all areas of the hotel and the communal areas in the hotel were clean, comfortable and a good area chill away from your room with a cup of complementary tea or coffee which was available all day long.
