Hotel Overview

The boutique four-star Hotel 1231 is located in the Old Town right next to the Ruins of the Teutonic Castle, a major Torun attraction. Only a few minutes walk separates the hotel from the Vistula River's Philadelphia Boulevard, the Old Market Square, the City Hall and the New Market Square. The property consists of two wings: the 13th-century Castle Mill and the also medieval Infirmary, where we offer modernly designed Superior rooms. The wings are connected by an underground corridor. The hotel has its own parking lot, located just 70 meters from the hotel. All rooms are stylishly decorated, equipped with comfortable beds, refrigerator, safe, Smart TV and individually controlled air conditioning. A comfortable rest will be complemented by a pillow menu. The greatest asset, however, remains the views of the Old Town. The varied buffet breakfasts are prepared with natural ingredients from regional farmers. The hotel's facilities include the delicious 4 Seasons Restaurant, the intimate 1410 Cinema, a professional golf simulator, sauna and gym.

“Best place in Toruń.”

Amazingly located in the old city center of Polish gingerbread capital, next to ruins of Toruń castle, and Vistula river bank. There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars in the walking distance of the hotel. Everyone will find something to do. The hotel itself, it beautiful. It has two restaurants, bar and a small cinema for guests. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The food is to die for.

This is the second time I've stayed here and I've returned because it's a great service, friendly, helpful staff, good facilities and in a great location.

Breakfast is excellent. Good selection and everything was fresh. Parking is across the street but easily accessible. Nice location and close to the old centre of the city.
