The accommodation was located very good and it had everything you could need for a stay. Carmen was the best during my stay! She organized the tours for me and was always available for a very friendly chat. She even prepared a separate breakfast for my very early departure and organized the transfer for this morning. I would come back anytime and 100% recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Tortuguero!

Carmen at front of house is amazing! She went above and beyond, offering great advice and seamlessly booking our tours and transfers. We stayed in the Casa behind the main building—it was quiet (aside from the usual dogs barking), spotless, and had comfy beds, great pillows, and much-needed AC. Breakfast was excellent. You won’t find a better place to stay!

The hotel is well located in Tortuguero and the facility is clean and calm. There’s WiFi everywhere and Marbella is super helpful and kind. She will help you to book any tours you’d like and also give you all the information you might need !
