Derran “Amazing setting, but it's certainly not 4* service”

Beautiful setting, amazing views from the top pool and pool bar area. Great to have another outdoor heated pool, and an indoor one also. Rooms were fantastic, very large and immaculately clean. Housekeeping are excellent. Parking was easy and the location for the beautiful village of Torri del Benaco was just right. Free use of the many hotel mountain bikes was a nice perk. Didn't catch the lady on reception's name, but she was excellent and friendly. The other reception staff were decidedly grumpy most of the time. Pool bar guy was very friendly and professional too.

We were excited to find 3 pools and one indoor and a beautiful terrace at the top of the hotel. Breakfast was good, great bread and pastries.
