The views from the apartment were fabulous, made a point of getting up to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea a few times. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and has a music box with an iPod docking station. Olga comes and lets you in on arrival and goes through all the things in the apartment and is just a text or phone call away if you have any questions. The bus to town stops very near the apartment (€3.10 for two each way). There's a large supermarket (Mercadona) within 5 mins drive (you could walk, but you're going to have to carry that shopping back) and a small local shop selling essentials just across the road. There's a small beach over the road, with a few bars/restaurants and the main beach just 5 mins walk with more bars and restaurants. There's a lovely walk to La Mata along the beach, with plenty of watering holes to stop and take in the view. Take time for a trip to the two salt water lakes. The blue lake was easily the best in our opinion, it has walkways, bird hides and picnic tables and is less than 10 mins by car, can be walked to if feeling energetic. Would I come back? Definitely.

Very good location with beautiful beach nearby (La Mata 10 minutes walk) and fantastic view from the window.
